In general, a project’s speed will depend on your chosen pricing tier, but it will also depend on the chosen service and project complexity.

• Free concept render: You receive a draft-quality hero view within several business days.

• Stills and Virtual tours: Depends on the project complexity.

• Fly-through videos and animations: Will add 2-5 business days each.

• Need it faster? A rush option prioritises your project for rapid delivery.

We keep you updated and process your feedback at every visualisation milestone to ensure a precise, bespoke service.

There are up to 3 focused revision rounds, depending on your chosen pricing tier:

• feedback on the clay model, light and chosen camera angles (Premium & Standard)

• feedback after all materials, environment and details are added (all tiers)

• final feedback to polish any remaining details (Premium only)

Any additional revision rounds beyond the three ones mentioned above are billed at our hourly rate agreed in the Order. Revisions are billed in whole hours. The minimum billable revision time unit is 1hr.

On Basic tier, the revision is limited to in-house assets

You will always approve costs before we proceed.

• Major changes that deviate from the original project specification

• “Variant” renders (e.g. people removed, night-time version, camera angle changes)

• Modelling of custom assets like custom furniture

• Modelling the 3D model from scratch or extensive fixes on the provided 3D model

Extras are billed at our hourly rate agreed in the Order.

The cost is based on: 1) the pricing tier 2) the type and number of deliverables, 3) complexity, 4) delivery speed, 5) extras.

After the initial consultation you receive a proposal with the project scope and a fixed, all-inclusive quote—no hidden charges.

Upon full deposit you receive worldwide royalty-free commercial rights. We retain the right to portfolio use, unless an NDA prevents display.

Native 3D files (Blender/Unreal) and other production assets remain ours, but we can license or transfer them on request for a small fee (covers cleanup and IP clearance).

• 30 % deposit to book the slot, 70 % on final approval.

• VAT is added where applicable.

• We accept Wise and all standard bank transfers (SEPA or international).

Absolutely. We sign NDAs on request, store all assets on secure servers, and comply with GDPR for personal data handling.
